As a litigation and investigations lawyer with a broad practice, Phillip can assist clients resolve disputes and deal with internal issues in a practical, efficient and cost-effective manner. With experience across the full spectrum of contentious activities, from early-stage negotiation, arbitration, tribunal and first instance and appellate courts, Phillip is adept at providing the right advice for the issue at hand.
Phillip has experience conducting cross-border investigations for companies and firms, particularly in the professional services sector. He has conducted numerous cross-border investigations and related follow on litigation, particularly regarding alleged fraudulent activities by external and internal actors.
