Richard Hill is Head of Legal Resourcing at Konexo. He leads the service offering and team members in the UK and Asia.
Overseeing the international delivery teams, he works with clients across all sectors to ensure they get the very best resource to assist on projects, outsourcing and interim cover. Richard has extensive leadership, regulatory and operational experience and works with clients on their resourcing strategies across jurisdictions.
Prior to his current role, he worked on technical projects such as legal analytics and contract management and was previously Head of IT Application Development and Support, for Eversheds Sutherland. He has spoken at legal and legal IT events across Europe and the US, with a focus on workflow improvement and resource management.
