• advising several corporates (from AEX-listed to SMEs) on refinancing their global credit facilities
• advising several prominent (direct) lenders and developers on real estate finance transactions across the Netherlands
• advising several prominent developers on financing some of the largest solar- and windfarms in the Netherlands
Eyup is admitted to the bar in the Netherlands since 2019 and is fluent in Dutch and English. In addition to an LLM in Corporate Law in Leiden University (2017), he benefits from a Diploma in Legal Studies from Oxford University (2018). He joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2024 after just 6 years’ experience in tier one global law firms.
