Romain Massobre is a Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Management department of Eversheds Sutherland in Paris.
Romain advises major global businesses on complex commercial disputes. Adept at securing the early and favorable resolution of cases, he represents our clients in amicable dispute resolution processes (conciliation, mediation). He also advises and represents clients in both emergency proceedings and ordinary civil litigation. In addition, Romain assists our clients on their responses to product incidents and associated product liability actions, supply chain disputes and the implementation of product recalls. His experience covers a broad range of business sectors, with a focus on Energy, Financial Services, and Industrials.
