He regularly defends corporations and financial institutions in matters involving alleged securities and commodities fraud, insider trading, anti-money laundering compliance, antitrust violations, corruption, and other corporate crimes and misconduct. His experience spans several industries, including financial services, technology, and energy.
Prior to joining Eversheds-Sutherland, Alex had roles as an associate at an international law firm and as a law clerk for the Honorable John G. Koeltl, District Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
