Pamela is the Managing Partner of the Dublin office and Head of our Dispute & Litigation Department. In addition, Pamela is Co-Head of our Risk and Investigations Group.
Pamela frequently advises clients on all aspects of their interactions with regulatory authorities such as the Central Bank of Ireland on regulatory compliance and enforcement. In addition, her team deals with all aspects of litigation and disputes including arbitration, investigations and white-collar work for clients; many of these matters having a significant reputational and financial risk aspect. Pamela has advised in litigation involving property-related disputes, fraud-related litigation and a number of disputes involving the application of EU regulations and directives in Ireland. Pamela has represented many clients in Tribunals of Inquiry established by the State. In addition, she has extensive experience acting for many Public Bodies advising in the carrying out of all aspects of their statutory powers with a particular focus on minimizing legal risks attaching to the exercise of these powers including challenges by way of statutory review and judicial appeal. Pamela has experience in all areas of ADR including mediation, arbitration and expert determination of disputes/administration issues.
Pamela plays a key role in the Women’s Initiative in the firm as well as being one of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Champions.
