Jenny Lambert brings almost 20 years of experience advising a wide range of corporate clients on commercial and technology transactions, artificial intelligence, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance and governance, and outsourcing.
She has significant in-house legal experience managing complex domestic and international transactions and providing comprehensive legal and compliance advice, with a strong focus on global data privacy and protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. She has been a go-to resource for corporate board members and senior executives in both public and private technology-driven companies.
Prior to Eversheds Sutherland, Jenny was SVP & General Counsel, Data Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary of PRGX Global, Inc., where she led the company’s legal and privacy teams.
Prior to PRGX, Jenny was in-house counsel at multiple global companies, responsible for a range of critical functions, including the managing, drafting and negotiating of domestic and international commercial and strategic corporate transactions and the advising of internal clients on compliance with international, federal and state data privacy and artificial intelligence legal frameworks, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, and the EU AI Act. She holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification.
Jenny began her legal career as an associate at Eversheds Sutherland where she focused on mergers and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic agreements.
